In the fall of your life I reflect,
Years and time gone by.
As a teen with little respect,
Traveled far this country did you.

Along the line you were led astray.
Love you confessed your ultimate goal.
You would learn love can decay.
Unexpected in your life a tadpole.

Somewhere you went amiss,
This would change you for sure.
Now your son your reverent bliss,
A baby in arms led you to mature.

Blackened heart you did dismiss.
To your mother your outpour,
With a hug and a kiss.
You've found your grandeur.

As mom grew older you were the best.
Love and compassion you did show.
From my peak far away I will atest,
Your life now, a new plateau.

As my sister you are okay.
Okay you say let me rephrase.
The love you share has its payday,
Sis, "I love you", all the way
